Meet The Staff

Our Team consists of highly trained individuals who are dedicated to making your visit to our office as comfortable as possible. From the knowledgeable administrative staff, to our caring and compassionate clinical team of hygienists and assistants, we are constantly striving to provide you with an exceptional dental experience.

Clinic Manager

I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska and couldn’t imagine living any place else. I graduated from Dimond High School in 2006. I have been an Office Manager for many years and truly enjoy it. When I found Summit Oral Surgery, I knew I was “home”. It is a special feeling when you walk into a business and you feel that internal peace as soon as you walk through the door. You wake up in the morning and you are excited to go to work, you don’t stare at the clock all day long, and you feel like family. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband of 6 years, going to church, serving others, playing with our fur-babies, remodeling, cooking new meals, crafting, camping, fishing, four-wheeling, spending time in the yard, photographing sunsets and the amazing scenery Alaska has to offer and when it’s painfully cold outside… I love watching Netflix with a hot beverage!

Billing Coordinator

I was born in Fairbanks, Alaska but raised in Anchorage. Even after leaving the state to enjoy the adventures the U.S. Army could supply; I always knew I would eventually return home to Alaska. I have been in the medical field for my entire adult life and I cherish the time I have spent both as a Combat Medic in the Army and Nursing/Management in the civilian community. When I came back to civilian life, I found that I deeply missed the comradery of my brothers and sisters in arms. Although that is something that will stay with me forever, I was very pleased to have found something similar here within the Summit Oral Surgery family. Even though I am a disabled veteran, that came to them fresh out of the service, with a Service dog at my side, they wholeheartedly accepted me and welcomed me in. I would not want to pursue my calling in the medical field anywhere other than right here.

Insurance Coordinator

I moved up from North Iowa in 1996 to attend University of Alaska, Anchorage, and met my husband. My family has lived in the Valley since 2001. We have enjoyed raising our two boys in Palmer, and enjoying all the community has to offer.  I worked at Mat-Su Health Services and joined Summit in December of 2013.  When I am not working, I am volunteering in the community, hiking, gardening, or anything else that comes up with my family.  My favorite thing about working at Summit is being a part of a great team that strives to provide quality care to everyone.

Dana, R.N.

Dana is a lifelong Alaskan that we are blessed to have on our team. She found her love for people and decided that she wanted to work in the healthcare industry. With that, she went to college, received her R.N. degree in 2012 and has been with us at Summit for the last few years.

Oral Surgery Assistant

I was born and raised in Ukraine before making my way to Virginia. After living in Virginia for 8 years, I moved to Alaska and have been here for the last 5 years. I have been a dental assistant for 6 years and I truly enjoy it. I am highly involved in my church and in my free time I love to go fishing, snow-machining, hiking and camping with my husband.

Oral Surgery Assistant

I lived in Kodiak, AK for 25 years before moving to the Mat-Su Valley 4 years ago. I have been a dental assistant for 13 years and a surgical assistant for over a year. In my free time, I love to spend time with my husband, kids, and grandchildren. In the summer, one of my favorite activities is to go dip-netting in Kenai with my family.
